new company locationWerl, 9 July 2019. About eleven months after the ground-breaking ceremony, Tecnamic had to move from Arnsberg to Werl in May 2019. Approximately nine million Euros were invested in the new company headquarters on the approximately 19,000 sqm property.
With approximately 5,200 square meters of floor space, the planned warehouse is optimally adapted to Tecnamic's logistics processes. An expansion area of 3,000 sqm offers sufficient reserves for possible growth. The office space of approximately 1,200 sqm over three floors will initially provide work places for approximately 50 employees. In this context, an expansion means, among other things, that two additional training positions can be created and additional personnel can be added in some specialist areas.
Around 40 parking spaces and a large break room complete the new building. The energy supply is provided by STEAG New Energies, which is directly adjacent to the property.
